Where is Lady Miss Official located?

We are located approximately 700 miles off the eastern coast of the USA. A small, tropical island in the Atlantic Ocean. An ecommerce based store, in BERMUDA 🇧🇲 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship across the US as well as many other destinations including the Caribbean. So you can now add us to your favourite accessory store!

What day does Lady Miss Official drop new arrivals?

We have newness dropping all the time, but keep a special eye out on the 15th and 30th of every month for fresh finds.

Do you offer wholesale?

No. Sorry, this service is currently not available. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is MasterCard or Visa Card. We also accept PayPal.

What orders qualify for free delivery?

All local orders qualify for free delivery.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually fulfilled within 24-48 hours. If any delays are expected you will be notified. 

I'm in the neighbourhood, can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, LADY MISS OFFICIAL cannot allow customers to collect from the distribution center. If you need your merchandise in a hurry, contact us HERE.

If I received a defective item, what should I do?
