Returns
Our store policy does not allow for the return of any merchandise unless it has been damaged due to our negligence.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it as soon as possible.
Exchanges
Our exchange policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days has passed since your purchase, an exchange will not be granted.
To be eligible for an exchange, your merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original condition in which it was received. Sale items will not be exchanged. Only regularly priced items may be exchanged.
Should you need to exchange your merchandise for the same item, click here. You may also reach out to us on any of our social media platforms. If there is no suitable exchange, a store credit will be given in the amount of the original selling price.

All sales items are final. Only regularly priced items may be exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you, the recipient have the option of receiving a gift credit for the value of your exchange.
