PRE ORDER

The pre order price is set by Lady Miss Official and applies to unreleased qualifying items.

Lady Miss Official‘s price for unreleased items sometimes changes between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released, delivered or picked up.

FOR PHYSICAL ITEMS

Whenever you pre order a physical item displaying the “Pre Order” message on the product detail page, the price we charge when ordered will be the lowest price offered by Lady Miss Official between the time you placed your order and the end of the day of the release date.

The product price is subject to change based on the product release from government authority (Customs).

• The pre order price applies only to unreleased qualifying items. It does not apply to other products or to items that have already been released.
• The pre order price applies only to qualifying items displaying the offer message on the product detail page. Items that do not display the offer message do not qualify, regardless of the nature of the items.
• The pre offer price does not apply to lower prices offered through any program that requires a customer to join the program to receive the lower price.
• If your order enters the delivery or pick up status before the release date and the price is lowered before the end of the day of the release date, we will automatically refund you for the difference between the price you were charged and the release-date price within 48 hours.
• If the price changes before the item is delivered or picked up, you will be notified of the updated price within 24-48 hours of the price change.
• Pre order products usually arrive within 2-3 weeks.
• All ‘Out of Stock’ products can be reordered unless the item has been discontinued. CONTACT US to request information on out of stock products.
